摘  要:目的:评价分析比较使用炫速双源CT肺动脉成像联合肺灌注与使用单源多螺旋CT扫描诊断肺血栓栓塞症的临床确诊率及误诊率。方法:资料来源于本院2011年4月—2018年4月期间住院的肺血栓栓塞症的患者80例进行回顾性临床分析研究。随机选取2011年4月—2018年4月期间于包头市中心医院确诊为肺血栓栓塞症的患者中行炫速双源CT扫描双能量肺灌注检查40例及行单源多螺旋CT检查的40例的影像表现,分析及比较本院确诊肺血栓栓塞症的患者行炫速双源CT结合双能量肺灌注及行单源螺旋CT扫描阳性率。结果:对段及亚段以下肺血栓栓塞症诊断(P<0.05)有统计学差异。结论:针对段及亚段以下肺血栓栓塞症诊断,炫速双源CT结合双能量肺灌注扫描阳性率明显高于行单源螺旋CT扫描,炫速双源CT结合双能量肺灌注扫描可减少误诊漏诊率。Objective To evaluate and compare the clinical diagnosis rate of pulmonary thromboembolism using Hyun-speed dual-source CT pulmonary artery imaging combined with pulmonary perfusion and single-source multihelix CT scanning.Methods From April 2011 to April 2018,80 patients with pulmonary thrombo embolism were analyzed retrospectively.The imaging findings of 40 patients diagnosed as pulmonary thromboembolism in Baotou Central Hospital from April 2011 to April 2018 were randomly selected by double-energy pulmonary perfusion examination with Hyun-speed dual-source CT scanning and single-source multi-helix CT examination.To analyze and compare the positive rate of doublesource CT combined with Hyun-speed dual-energy pulmonary perfusion and single-source spiral CT scanning in patients with pulmonary thromboembolism diagnosed in our hospital.Results The diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism under segment and subsegment was found(P<0.05).Statistical difference.Conclusion The positive rate of Hyun-speed doublesource CT combined with dual-energy pulmonary perfusion scanning is significantly higher than that of single-source spiral CT scan.The rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis can be reduced by Hyun-speed double-source CT combined with dualenergy pulmonary perfusion scan.
