MSCT在肠脂垂炎诊治中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析肠脂垂炎的MSCT特征,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:搜集13例经MSCT检查及之后随访证实为肠垂炎患者的临床及MSCT检查资料,并进行回顾性分析。结果:13例病灶均位于结肠旁,乙状结肠7例,降结肠3例,升结肠2例,盲肠1例;13例病灶均可见稍高密度环影,5例病灶中央见点状高密度影,4例病灶内见线样分隔影,6例病灶内部见斑片结节状密度增高影;病灶周围脂肪间隙模糊,6例相邻腹膜稍增厚,未见肠壁增厚及周围积液;3例增强扫描病灶边缘呈环形强化。结论:肠脂垂炎具有特征的M S C T表现,结合临床表现容易作出诊断,可为临床选择治疗方案提供依据,具有重要临床应用价值。Obejective To explore the epiploic appendagitis(EA)of the multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT)features and clinical value.Methods 13 patients with EA proved by follow-up in MSCT were retrospectively analyzed.Results 7 lesions were found around sigmoid colon,3 lesions around descending colon,2 lesions around ascending colon and 1 lesions around cecum.13 patients show annular a little high density shadow on the edge of the lesions.The central a little high density dot was seen in 5 lesions,the a little high density line in 4 lesions,and the a little high density patch in 6 lesions.The surrounding fat gap was fuzzy in 13 lesions,6 lesions were found thickening of the adjacent peritoneum,there was no thickening of the adjacent bowel wall.Ring enhancement was found in the marginal region of 3 lesions with CT dynamic contrast scan.Conclusion EA has characteristic manifestation in MSCT,it is easy to make a diagnosis combined with clinical data and has important significance for clinical treatment.
