摘 要:针对供应链运行可靠性问题,基于马尔科夫方程和故障分析理论,研究了制造企业产出或供应的故障情况。构建多级串联可修复供应链系统模型,分析了供应链中制造企业正常工作和任一制造企业发生故障的概率,得到了对应两种情况下供应链中制造企业的稳态值;研究了供应链制造企业的库存可靠性;结合库存和制造业本身的可靠性得到了供应链的稳态可用度计算公式。基于案例和仿真分析,验证了供应链可靠性的稳态可用度计算公式的可行性。Aiming at the problem of reliability of the operational supply chain,based on Markov equation and fault analysis theory,the output or supply failure of manufacturing enterprise was studied.Constructed a model of multi-stage series repairable supply chain system,analyzed the probability of supply chain when manufacturing enterprises in the normal work and any manufacturing enterprise failure,the steady-state value of manufacturing enterprises in supply chain is obtained in two cases;the inventory reliability of supply chain manufacturing enterprises is studied;according to the inventory and manufacturing reliability,the steady-state availability of the supply chain is acquired.Based on the case study and simulation analysis,the feasibility of calculating the steady-state availability of the supply chain reliability is verified.
