摘  要:盘式制动器由于其良好的制动效果,无论汽车在何种方向上行驶时,它的制动力矩都不会因此而改变,且在常规制动过程中,平稳性较好而被广泛应用。但其影响因素也很多,其中最重要的是其结构特点和使用要求,故对其内外及加工等因素综合分析,选取某参数为初始值,从而建立目标函数,借助Isight进行优化分析。对优化后的制动器进行建模分析,对结构强度、接触过程力分布、温度场分布等进行校核。结果可知:基于多目标优化得到了满足设计要求和性能指标的最优解,有效地缩短了制动时间,并减少了盘式制动器的外型尺寸;优化后结构的强度、接触应力、温度分布等均满足使用要求,表明优化分析过程及方法的可靠性,为此类设计提供参考。Disc brakes are widely used because of the following advantages such as smooth braking system,good sense of braking,and the braking torque is independent of the direction of the car.And the factors that affect the braking performance are more,the most important factors are its structural characteristics and the use of requirements.So the internal and external factors,processing costs being comprehensive analyzed.Take the actual design parameters of the brake as the initial program a parameter as an initial value to establish the multi-objective optimization model,by using Isight software to seek optimization results.The optimized brakes are modeled and analyzed and check the strength of the structure,the distribution of contact force distribution,temperature field distribution.The results show that the optimal solution to meet the design requirements and performance indexes is obtained based on multi-objective optimization.Effectively shortening the braking time and reducing the size of the disc brakes.The strength,contact stress,temperature distribution,etc.of the optimized structure meet the requirements of the use,indicating the reliability of the analytical process and method,and provides a reference for such design.
