摘 要:针对湿式双离合器摩擦副热失效问题,以对偶钢片为研究对象,开展了离合器摩擦副瞬态温度场特性的仿真研究。依据摩擦副热学模型,计算片间热流密度及对流换热系数。建立对偶钢片有限元模型,以片间热流分配、摩擦副热传导及对流换热为基础建立边界条件,利用ANSYS进行有限元仿真,研究了起步工况以及不同运行参数下对偶钢片瞬态温度场分布。研究结果表明:滑摩过程中钢片上各点的温度随径向距离增加而上升,高温部分集中于外半径处,但在最大半径处有所下降。Aiming at the thermal failure problem of wet dual-clutch friction pair,the simulation research on transient temperature field characteristics of clutch friction pair was carried out with dual steel plate.Based on the thermal model of friction pair,the heat flux density and convective heat transfer coefficient were calculated.The finite element model of dual steel plate was established,Boundary conditions were established on the basis of heat transfer between slices,heat transfer of friction pairs and convection heat transfer the finite element simulation was carried out by ANSYS and the transient temperature field distribution of dual steel plate under different operating parameters was studied.The results show that the temperature of each point on the steel sheet increases with the increase of radial distance,while the high temperature was concentrated at the outer radius,but decreases at the maximum radius.
