摘 要:试验旨在研究不同发酵白酒糟添加水平对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。选择体况相近的15日龄三黄鸡360只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加2%和4%的发酵白酒糟,同时减少等量玉米DDGS,进行为期30 d的试验。结果表明:①从中鸡阶段、大鸡阶段以及试验全期结果来看,添加2%和4%的发酵白酒糟对肉鸡生产性能并无显著影响(P>0.05)。②各处理组屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、腹脂率、胸肌率、腿肌率等屠宰性能指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。③发酵白酒糟显著增加了肉鸡相对回肠重(P<0.05),极显著增加了空肠和回肠长度(P<0.01)。综上所述,用2%和4%的发酵白酒糟替代等量玉米DDGS对肉鸡生长性能等指标无显著影响,但可以促进肠道发育,显著增加相对回肠重,极显著增加空肠和回肠长度。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of fermented white distiller's grains on growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers.Three hun ded and sity 15-days-old Sanhuang chickens were randomly allotted to 3 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 20 replicates pereplicate.Broiler in the control were fed a basal diet,and in the experiment group were fed diets supplemented with 2%and 4%fermentation of distiller;in the basal diet,and reducing the same amount of corn DDGS for 30 days.The results showed that:①From the results of the middle chicken stage,the big chicken stage and the whole test period,the addition of 2%and 4%fermentation of distiller had no significant effect on the performance of broilers(P>0.05).②There was no significant difference in slaughter performance indicators such as slaughter rate,half net sputum rate,total net sputum rate,abdominal fat rate,chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate(P>0.05).③Fermentation of distiller significantly increased the relative ileal weight of broilers(P<0.05),and significantly increased the length of jejunum and ileum(P<0.01).In summary,replacing 2%and 4%fermentation of distiller with the same amount of corn DDGS had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers,but it could promote intestinal development,significantly increase the relative il eal weight,and significantly increase the length of jejunum and ileum.
