摘　　要：[目的/意义]战略性新兴产业信息化水平动态测度体系的构建为信息化更好融入长江经济带战略性新兴产业发展提供了科学的量化依据,对提升产业信息化发展具有重要的意义。[方法/过程]以产业信息化的内涵和形成机理为切入点,从信息化支撑环境、信息化投入、信息化产出三个层面构建了战略性新兴产业信息化水平测度指标体系,应用基于二次加权的“纵横向”拉开档次动态测度方法和模型,对2012-2016年间长江经济带沿线10个省市的战略性新兴产业信息化水平进行了实证测度。[结果/结论]长江经济带10个省市的战略性新兴产业信息化发展水平被归为三类,且彼此间发展存在不平衡、不协调的状况;另外,测度结果显示,人才队伍、科技创新和技术改造是目前影响战略性新兴产业信息化水平提升的关键因素,因此,政府相关部门要因地制宜制定本地区的优化措施,缩小彼此差异,推动信息化水平均衡协调发展。[Purpose/Significance]The construction of dynamic measurement system of informatization level of strategic emerging industries provides scientific quantitative basis for better integration of informatization into the development of strategic emerging industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,which is of great significance for promoting the development of industrial informatization.[Method/Process]Based on the connotation and formation mechanism of industrial informatization as the breakthrough point,from three aspects of informatization supporting environment,informatization input and informatization output,the paper constructs an index system for measuring the informatization level of strategic emerging industries,and applies the method and model of dynamic measurement of“vertical and horizontal”scatter degree method based on quadratic weighting to measure the informatization level of strategic emerging industries in 10 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt during 2012-2016.[Result/Conclusion]The information-based development level of strategic emerging industries in 10 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is classified into three categories,and their development is unbalanced and uncoordinated.In addition,the measurement results show that the talent team,scientific and technological innovation and technical transformation are the key factors affecting the informatization level of strategic emerging industries.Therefore,relevant government departments should formulate local optimization measures according to local conditions to narrow the differences and promote the balanced and coordinated development of informatization level.
