摘 要:以内蒙某酸法地浸铀矿山生产实际为例,研究了以P204为萃取剂、TBP为改良剂从硫酸淋洗合格液中萃取六价铀的“淋萃流程”。试验考察了萃取剂和改良剂的体积分数、接触时间、相比、水相pH等因素对萃取铀的影响;对比了Na2CO3、NaOH+Na2CO3反萃取剂适用性,明确了现场灵活运行条件。结果表明:5%P204+10%TBP+磺化煤油组成的有机相完全能够满足酸法地浸淋萃工艺的生产需要,贫有机相中铀质量浓度≤100 mg/L,萃余水铀质量浓度≤10 mg/L;Na2CO3、NaOH+Na2CO3均可作为反萃取剂进行反萃取,且根据现场试验及生产需求,可灵活调整萃取一反萃取运行级数,工艺参数可控。Based on the actual production situation of an acid in-situ leaching uranium mine in Inner Mongolia,Study on eluex process taken P204 as extractant and TBP as the modifier to extract hexavalent uranium from sulfuric acid eluted qualified solution was carried out.The effects of volume fraction of extractant and modifier,contact time,ratio of organic to water phase,and water phase pH on extraction of hexavalent uranium were investigated.The applicability of back-extractant Na2CO3 to NaOH+Na2CO3 was compared,and the flexible operation conditions were confirmed.The experimental results show that the organic phase of 5%P204+10%TBP+sulfonated kerosene system can fully meet the production requirement of acid in-situ leaching eluex process,uranium mass concentration in poor organic phase is controlled≤100 mg/L,and in residual water phase is≤10 mg/L;Na2CO3,and NaOH+Na2CO3 can all be used as back-extractant.And according to the field test and production demand,the extraction and back-extraction could be adjusted flexibly,the process parameters can be controlled.
