摘 要:针对酸法地浸采铀工艺流程中浸出剂的配制方式,进行了配液池配酸与管道配酸的对比分析。对配液池配酸和管道配酸装置设计与优化进行了阐述,并对2种配酸方式的功能和优缺点进行了总结,提出了针对不同情况配酸方式的使用建议。Aimed at the two acid-mixing modes of lixiviant for acid in-situ leaching uranium,the function of acid-mixing in pipeline and in pool was analyzed.The design and optimizing of two acid-mixing modes were elaborated.Advantages and disadvantages of two acid-mixing modes were summed up.It was proposed that different acid-mixing modes were employed depending on the different circumstances.
