摘　　要：在WinCE GPS手簿上,从底层以EVC为开发工具,开发出一个简易的绘图系统,实现内外业测图的一体化;通过在外业对图形进行编码,可以实现该图形文件向标准DWG图形文件的转换,只要简单地进行编辑就可以生成标准的地形图文件。Taking EVC as the development tool From the bottom on the GPS WinCE hand book,a simple drawing system can be developed,realizing Integration of internal and external industry mapping,and through to encode the graphics in the field,the standard DWG graphics file conversion can be realized,through simply editing,standard topographic map file can generated.
