摘　　要：针对传统GIS系统利用影像数据进行国土监管存在的问题,提出了基于移动互联网技术的土地综合执法巡查系统的方案。利用移动互联网、地理信息等技术,研究解决了作业流程优化、数据同步共享、提高监管效率等执法难题。通过研建应用系统,证明了方案的体系架构、数据组织和关键技术的可行性,为土地管理提供了创新的技术模式,避免了传统应用系统的弊端。According to the problems of land supervision used by the traditional GIS system,the scheme of land synchronous supervision based on mobile Internet is proposed.Mainly studies the key problems such as optimizing operation process,data synchronization,improving the accuracy of law enforcement by using mobile Internet,geographic information technologies etc.Through the development of the application system,the feasibility of the system architecture,data organization and key technology is proved,which provides an innovative technical model for land supervision,and avoids the disadvantages of the traditional application system.
