增减挂钩数据处理工具的设计与实现

摘　　要：勘测定界界址点坐标交换文件是国土管理系统中常用的一种数据交换格式,是增减挂钩数据处理过程中指定的数据交换文件。此格式以文本文件形式保存,方便阅读与编辑,但没有被常规GIS软件支持。Shapefile是由ESRI公司开发的一种矢量数据格式,在GIS行业通用性很好,已经被视为标准的数据交换格式。本文通过对勘测定界界址点坐标交换格式与Shapefile格式的详细分析,使用编程手段,实现了两种格式之间的互相转换,从而方便对增减挂钩数据的处理。The coordinate transfer document at the survey and demarcation point is a common data transfer format in the land resources management system,and it is a designated data transfer file in the process of the increase link the decrease data.This file format is saved by text for easy reading and editing but not supported by regular GIS software.Shapefile is a vector data format developed by ESRI Corporation.It has a good generality in the GIS industry and has been regarded as a standard data transfer format.This article through the detailed analysis of coordinate transfer format and shapefile format of survey and demarcation,using programming means,realize the mutual conversion between the two formats,so as to facilitate the increase link the decrease data processing.
