摘　　要：为进一步提升我国科技创新和制度创新能力,基于渐进式管理改革,论述了PDCA循环理论在高校科研基地管理工作中的具体应用,分析了PDCA循环法适用于科研管理的优势。通过PDCA循环的不断改善和持续跟进,为科研基地管理提供成功且标准化的经验,以全面提升国家科技创新体系的效能。In order to improve the ability of technical innovation and systeminnovation in our country,this paper elaborated the application of PDCA cycle theory in management of scientific research bases in universities,based on gradualmanagement reform.It analyzed the advantage of PDCA cycle in application of scientific research management.Through continuous improvement and follow-up of PDCA cycle,it provided successful and standardizedexperience to the management of scientific research bases,enhanced the effectiveness of state scientific technological innovation system.
