电梯检测中电梯运行共振原因及解决措施

摘　　要：当前我国经济发展迅速,人民生活质量也在逐步提升,对住房的要求也在不断提高。因此我国的建筑规模正在不断扩大,高层建筑和电梯建筑的数量在增加,电梯的质量和乘坐感受也就备受重视。但是现阶段许多楼房的电梯在运行问题中还存在着一些问题,比较常见的就是电梯运行共振。要想保障电梯的正常运行和乘坐安全,必须对电梯进行及时的检测维修,找出故障根源和安全隐患并及时进行解决。基于此,文章首先分析了电梯安全管理的重要性,然后分析了电梯产生运行共振的原因,最后探讨了电梯运行共振的解决办法,以此来供相关人士交流参考。At present,China enjoys rapid economic development and its people's quality of life is gradually improved,which poses higher requirements for housing.Therefore,the scale of China's construction is constantly expanding,the number of high-rise buildings and elevator buildings is increasing,the quality of the elevator and ride experience is also highly valued.However,there are still some problems in the elevator operation of many buildings at present.The most common one is the resonance of elevator operation.In order to ensure the normal operation and safety of the elevator,it is necessary to timely detect and maintain the elevator,find out the root cause of the fault and safety hazards and solve them in time.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the importance of elevator safety management,then analyzes the cause of elevator running resonance,and finally discusses the solution of elevator running resonance,so as to provide reference for relevant people.
