摘　　要：目的:改进精乌颗粒的薄层鉴别方法,完善其质量标准。方法:优化精乌颗粒中何首乌、黄精的样品处理方法及展开条件,同时建立女贞子、墨旱莲的薄层鉴别方法。结果:改进后何首乌,黄精鉴别方法及新建的女贞子,墨旱莲薄层鉴别方法显示在与对照品或对照药材相对应的位置,供试品显示相同颜色的荧光斑点或斑点,且阴性样品无相对应的斑点。结论:本实验建立的薄层鉴别方法操作简便、重现性好,专属性高,可更全面的评价精乌颗粒的质量。Objective To improve the quality standard of Jingwu Granule.Methods The identification method of Polygonum multijiorum andRhizoma Polygonati in Jingwu granule was optimized by TLC, At the same time, establish the method of Ligustrum Lucidum Ait. and Ecliptae prostrate L. Results The results of the method showed that in the relative positions of the control,the samples showed the same color spots without interference. Conclusion The method was simple with good specificity and reproducibility,which could improve the quality control of.Jingwu Granule.
