加味四逆散合缩泉丸治疗小儿遗尿病30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味四逆散合缩泉丸治疗小儿遗尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取60例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组单纯服用加味缩泉丸,治疗组在服用加味缩泉丸的基础上联合四逆散,观察两组的总体疗效。结果:对照组总有效率74%,治疗组总有效率80%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味四逆散合缩泉丸治疗小儿遗尿病疗效肯定,值得临床应用。Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Sini Powder combined with shrinking pills in the treatment of enuresis.Methods Sixty patients were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received Supplemented shrinking pills, the treatment group served with Supplemented Sini Powder combined with shrinking pills, and observed the overall curative effect of enuresis. Results The total effective rate was 74% in the control group and 80% in the treatment group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Sini San combined with shrinking granules is effective in treating children with enuresis.
