摘　　要：目的:观察辨证循经取穴在压疮护理中的运用效果。方法:子午流注理论是"时间治疗学"的体现,其根据十二经脉对应十二时辰的盛衰时间取穴,进行"补、泄、开、阖"的治疗。压疮的病机为本虚标实,所谓"正气存内邪不可干",其发病与患者正气虚衰、气血不足、阳虚络瘀密不可分,故对相应脏腑进行干预调理是防治该病的关键。结果:依据"子午流注"理论,对足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经、足少阴肾经所循穴位进行按摩刺激,可健运脾胃、补益气血、回阳通络,达到濡养压疮局部皮肤肌肉组织、促进创面愈合的目的。结论:循经取穴法经过系统辨证后可广泛运用于临床,且简捷易行、切实有效。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation in bedsore nursing. Method The meridian flow theory is the embodiment of "time therapeutics". According to the time of twelve meridians corresponding to twelve hours, the acupoints are selected for the treatment of "tonifying, releasing, opening and closing". The pathogenesis of pressure sore is based on deficiency and marked reality. The so-called "positive Qi can not be dried with internal pathogens". Its pathogenesis is closely related to patients’ deficiency of positive qi, insufficiency of Qi and blood, Yang deficiency and collateral stasis. Therefore, the key to prevent and treat pressure sore is to intervene and regulate the corresponding viscera. Result According to the theory of meridian flow, massage and stimulation on the points along the stomach meridian of foot Yangming, spleen meridian of foot Taiyin and kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin can invigorate the spleen and stomach, Nourish Qi and blood, return yang to dredge collaterals, nourish the local skin and muscle tissue of pressure sore and promote wound healing. Conclusion Acupoint selection along meridians can be widely used in clinic after systematic differentiation of symptoms and signs, and it is a simple, practical and effective method.
