摘 要:目的:在体全面测量健康脑、出血脑和缺血脑的阻抗频谱特性,为利用多频电阻抗检测脑卒中提供可靠的科学依据。方法:将40只家兔等分为颅内出血组与出血对照组、颅内缺血组和缺血对照组,在分别建立颅内出血模型和缺血模型后,利用阻抗分析仪、采用四电极法对健康脑和卒中脑进行全脑阻抗频谱测量,测量频率范围为10 Hz^1 MHz。采用t检验方法统计不同脑在同一频率处的脑阻抗差异。结果:在10 Hz^1 MHz内,健康脑与出血脑的全脑阻抗最小差异为4.5%(100 Hz处,P<0.01),最大变化可达13%(1 MHz处,P<0.05);健康脑与缺血脑的全脑阻抗差异大于4%(P<0.01)。结论:健康脑与卒中脑的阻抗频谱存在显著差异,进一步证明了采用多频电阻抗技术检测脑卒中的可行性。Objective To systematically measure the in vivo bioimpedance spectroscopy of healthy,hemorrhagic and ischemic brain tissues in rabbits model so as to provide solid and scientific foundation for application of the multi-frequency electrical impedance tomography in diagnosis of brain stroke.Methods Totally 40 New Zealand rabbits were divided into hemorrhagic,ischemic and 2 control groups,and were utilized in establishing the hemorrhagic and ischemic model;afterwards,4-electrode method and impedance analyzer were employed to measure the spectrum of healthy brain and stroke brain between 10 Hz and 1 MHz.T-test was used to analyze the brain impedance differences of different brains at the same frequency.Results Between 10 Hz and 1 MHz,the minimum impedance difference between healthy and hemorrhagic brains was 4.5%at 100 Hz(P<0.01),while the maximum was 13%at 1 MHz(P<0.05);the differences between healthy and ischemic brain tissues were higher than 4%(P<0.01).Conclusion There are significant differences in impedance between healthy and stroke brains,which further confirm the feasibility of using multi-frequency electrical impedance tomography to detect stroke.
