摘　　要：目的:提出贴近实战的航空航天知识课程综合实践实施方案,从而为航空航天事业培养专业的航卫保障医疗工作者。方法:完成航空航天知识理论课程学习后,组织全体学员到飞行训练场地进行观摩见习。基于航空航天飞行的特殊作业环境,建设模拟飞行实践平台,通过模拟飞行任务加深学员对飞行人员特殊作业环境的理解,为学习航空航天医学其他课程奠定理论基础。结果:教学考核结果表明,学员的实践课程成绩优于理论课程成绩,学员不仅掌握了基础的飞行理论和操作要领,而且较好地体会了飞行人员面对特殊作业环境时的生理、心理状态。结论:航空航天知识课程综合实践方案的实施为医疗卫生专业人员进行航空航天保障打下了良好的专业基础,做好了实践准备。Objective To construct a comprehensive practical scheme for training professionals of aeromedical support.Methods All the students were organized to observe and practice in the flight training site after finishing the course of knowledge and theory of aerospace.Based on the special working environment of aerospace flight a simulation flight practice platform was built to deepen students'understanding of the special working environment of flight personnel through the simulation flight mission so as to lay a theoretical foundation for learning other courses of aerospace medicine.Results The trials showed that these aerospace medicine students mastered the flight theory and flight skills,and understood the medicine challenge in complex working environment during the flight.Conclusion The comprehensive practical scheme makes the students ready for aeromedical support.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(11):86-89]
