摘  要:为促进新能源消纳,减少新能源限电,文章提出一种基于深度调峰下地区电网调度方法,根据负荷减去火电机组最小技术出力得到消纳空间与新能源出力比较,确定火电机组出力、新能源限电及是否开展深度调峰交易。此外通过经济学方法根据火电机组意愿因子评价参与调峰状态下火电机组意愿性以及在煤炭价格和补偿报价改变时意愿进行量化,通过新疆实际电网验证了深度调峰可操作性,对实际深度调峰交易具有指导价值。In order to promote new energy consumption and reduce limit to new energy generation,this paper proposes a regional power grid dispatching method based on deep peak shaving.According to the proposed method,based on comparsion between the new energy output and the consumption capacity by the load minus the minimum techniical output of the thermal power unit,the output of the thermal power unit,the limit to new energy and the decision fro deep peak shanving are determinated.And,the willingness of the thermal power unit under peak shanving condition is evaluated according to the willingness factor of the thermal power unit and the willingness under change of coal price and compensation quotation and quantified by economical method.The operability of deep peak shaving has been verified in the Xinjiang power grid and has guiding value for actual deep peak shaving transactions.
