摘 要:采用硫酸铜溶液灌胃的方式探讨铜中毒对小鼠心肺及肝功能的影响,为临床诊断铜中毒提供参考。采用MC4000血压分析系统和EMKA无创肺功能监测系统检测小鼠心肺功能的相关指标,通过测定血液生化指标观察心、肝、肺功能,通过HE染色观察各脏器的病理变化。结果表明,各试验组小鼠的呼吸频率(f)、潮气量(TV)、平均动脉(MAP)和脉搏(P)与对照组比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05);血液生化指标测定结果显示,高剂量组小鼠血清的谷草转氨酶(GOT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)与对照组比较,均差异显著(P<0.05),总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)数据比较无显著差异(P>0.05);各试验组小鼠的心、肺和肝均有病理变化。铜中毒对小鼠心、肺和肝均有影响,其中对肝的影响最为严重。The effects of copper poisoning on heart,lung and liver functions in mice were measured by oral administration of cupric sulfate solution,which provided reference for clinical diagnosis of copper poisoning.MC4000 blood pressure analysis system and EMKA non-invasive pulmonary function monitoring system were used to detect the indicators related with heart and lung functions in mice.Blood biochemical parameters were measured to reflect the function of heart,liver and lungs.Organ sections of heart,liver and lung were observed by HE staining for histopathological lesions.The results showed that the respiratory rate(f),tidal volume(TV),mean arterial pressure(MAP),and pulse(P)in experimental group had no significant change compared with the control group.The results of blood biochemical indicators showed that the serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase(GOT)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the high-dose group were significantly increased compared with control group,but the content of superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)had no difference between experimental group and control group.Histopathological lesions were observed in hearts,lungs,and livers in experimental group.These results suggested that copper poisoning could affect the heart,lung and liver of mice,and the liver damage is the most serious.
