摘　　要：为了促进动物及动物产品的国际贸易,控制并净化动物疫病,动物疫病区域化管理势在必行,而大东北免疫无口蹄疫区在中国先行先试,具有独特的优势和重要的意义。论文介绍了区域化管理和大东北建设免疫无口蹄疫区的各种优越的条件以及重要意义,为全面推进我国的动物疫病区域化管理提供技术储备。In order to promote the international trade of animals and animal products,control and purify the animal epidemics,regionalization management of animal epidemics is imperative.So the Great Northeast FMD free zone with vaccination is prior to carry and try in China,which has unique advantages and great significance.This article simply introduced the regionalization management and various advantageous conditions as well as important strategic significance of the construction of the Great Northeast FMD free zone with vaccination,for promoting our country's animal epidemics regionalization management to provide technical reserves.
