摘  要:针对青饲料收获机作业质量无法满足饲喂要求、喂入不畅、对土壤压实较大等问题,结合青饲料收获的相关特性,提出了一种新型履带式青饲收获机设计优化方案,对该机型的割台系统、切碎系统、喂入系统进行了研究分析,对该机型的底盘系统履带式结构进行优化设计和HST行走系统的设计,通过试验推广使用,设备可达到降低对土壤压实的影响和连续作业不受行走速度影响的理想状态,可实现青贮饲料的高效、高质作业。In view of the problems that the quality of the green feed harvesting machine can not meet the requirements of feeding,the feeding process is not smooth,and the soil compaction is large,etc.,a new caterpillar type green feed harvesting machine is designed based on the related characteristics of the green feed harvesting in this paper.Through the research,analysis and optimization design of the cutting platform system,the shredding system,and the feeding system of the model,the crawler structure of the chassis system and the design for HST walking system of the model are optimized.Through the experiment and popularization,it is shown that the equipment can achieve the ideal state of reducing the impact on soil compaction and the continuous operation without being affected by walking speed;thus the high efficiency and high quality operation of silage can be realized.
