摘　　要：针对在非圆曲面上加工圆弧螺纹的车削难点,首先介绍了数学建模、编程思路和方法,然后通过仿真加工软件仿真轨迹、仿真加工,机床实际加工等手段验证了编程思路的正确性,最后将此编程思路应用到了凹圆弧曲面上的圆弧螺纹车削中。应用本文的宏程序编程技术,对类似的非圆螺纹编程加工具有实际应用意义。Aiming at the difficulties of turning arc thread on non-circular surface,this paper first introduces the mathematical modeling and ideas and methods of programming;What's more,this paper verifies the correctness of programming ideas by means of simulation processing software,whose functions are simulation trajectory and simulation processing,and NC machine actual processing;Finally,this paper applies the programming ideas about turning arc thread on concave arc surface.The macro programming technology used in this paper has great significance of practical application for similar programming and processing of non-circular threads.
