摘　　要：针对圆弧螺纹加工困难的问题,并就使用自动编程后处理生成程序冗长的现象,分析圆弧螺纹典型零件,编制出具有较高实用价值的圆弧螺纹数控车削宏程序,有效实现了圆弧螺纹数控车削的快速加工,提高了圆弧螺纹加工的效率。In view of the problems of difficult processing for the arc thread and the lengthy program generated by using the automatic post-processing,the typical parts of arc thread are analyzed,and the macro program of CNC turning for arc thread with high practical value is worked out in this paper.Thus the fast machining of circular arc thread is realized effectively,and the efficiency of arc thread machining is also improved by using the macro program.
