摘  要:为评价大蒜品种资源的耐寒性,以8份田间自然生长的大蒜品种资源离体叶片为材料,通过室内低温胁迫处理,用电导率法结合Logistic方程对其耐寒性进行鉴定。结果表明,随着处理温度的降低,供试材料相对电导率逐渐升高,呈“S”型曲线变化趋势。供试材料低温半致死温度(LT50)介于-0.587℃至-3.113℃之间。根据LT50结果,确定参试的8个大蒜品种资源的抗寒性强弱依次为中牟大蒜、徐蒜6号、邢台紫皮蒜、莱芜红皮蒜、徐州白蒜、恩施红蒜、徐蒜3号和玉林白蒜。同时发现,胁迫温度与LT50之间的相关性分析表明,以-3℃处理下相关性最高,其次为0℃和-6℃。Applying 8 garlic germplasm resources as experimental materials by relative conductivity method with Logistic equation get the semi-lethal low temperature(LT50).The results showed that,as temperature was lowered,the relative electric conductivity of the garlic leaves responded in a typical S function in a logistic equation.The LT50 obtained from the regression equation varied from-0.587℃to-3.113℃.Based on LT50,the order of cold resistance was‘Zhongmou Garlic’,‘Xuzhou Garlic No.6’,‘Xingtai Purple Garlic’,‘Laiwu Red Garlic’,‘Xuzhou white garlic’,‘Enshi red garlic’,‘Xuzhou garlic No.3’and‘Yulin white garlic’.In addition,correlation analysis between stress temperature and LT50 showed that the correlation was highest at-3℃,followed by 0℃and-6℃.
