摘　　要：HXD2机车发生牵引力切除故障严重影响运输秩序,在大秦铁路运输中,HXD2机车担当2万t本务机车,如发生此类故障,对行车安全造成了严重影响。针对此故障,技术资料中的描述不准确,一直以来误导对此类故障的分析与预防,为此从机车原理上进行了分析,得出故障发生原因,通过随车试验证明了技术资料中对该故障发生条件表述不准确,根据试验结果提出了准确的故障发生条件,制定了相应的预防措施,以确保机车运用安全。Traction removal fault of HXD2 locomotive seriously affects the transport order.In Daqin railway transportation,HXD2 locomotive takes duty of 20000 tons on its own locomotive.If this kind of fault occurs,it has a serious impact on the traffic safety.In view of the inaccuracy of the description in the technical data of this fault,the analysis and prevention of this kind of fault have been misled all the time.This paper analyzes the locomotive principle,obtains the rootcauses of the fault,proves the inaccuracy of the description in the technical data through the on-board test,and puts forward the accurate reasons according to the test results.In order to ensure the safety of locomotive operation,the corresponding preventive measures are formulated.
