摘  要:应用噪声测试分析系统对地铁用内燃调车机车各工况下室内噪声进行测试,获得不同工况下各测试点的噪声数据。通过数据分析可知:Ⅰ端司机室在各工况下噪声值均在标准要求的78 dB(A)限值以下,Ⅱ端司机室在柴油机转速为1 500 r/min、1 800 r/min、2 100 r/min^3个工况下超标;造成Ⅱ端司机室超标的主要噪声源是柴油机的工作噪声,同时也受到柴油机-变速箱系统所产生的低频结构噪声的影响;机车整体设备布局不合理是Ⅱ端司机室噪声超标的主要原因。分析结果可为内燃机车降噪设计提供理论依据。Noise tests in the cab are made at various working conditions to shunting diesel locomotive of subway using noise-test analysis system,related data are achieved at different test points.Analysis data approved that the noise value at theⅠend of cab is below the national standard limit value 78 dB(A),while the noise at theⅡend of cab exceeds limit value at 1 500 r/min,1 800 r/min,2 100 r/min.The main noise source that causes theⅡend of cab to exceed the standard is the working noise of the diesel engine,and is also affected by the low-frequency structure noise generated by the diesel engine-gearbox system.The improper layout of the locomotive equipment is the rootcause for the excessive noise of theⅡend of cab.Result of this study may provide a reference for noise control design of diesel locomotive cabs.
