摘 要:通过对木质素纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、玄武岩纤维的物理性质、吸油性能、吸水性能、耐热性能进行了系统性研究,分别进行了三种纤维的吸油性试验、吸水性能试验、耐热性能试验,观察了聚丙烯腈纤维、玄武岩矿物纤维高温处理前后的外观变化、单丝拉伸强度和直径变化。结果表明,从节约沥青、提高路面抗水损坏性能、高温处理前后抗拉强度和延伸情况综合考虑,玄武岩纤维用于沥青改性优于聚丙烯腈纤维,远优于木质素纤维。The physical properties,oil absorption,water absorption and heat resistance of lignin fibers,polyacrylonitrile fibers and basalt fibers were systematically studied.Oil absorption test,water absorption test and heat resistance test of three kinds of fibers were carried out respectively.The appearance changes of polyacrylonitrile fibers,basalt mineral fibers before and after high temperature treatment,single filament tensile strength and heat resistance test were observed.Diameter change.The results show that basalt fibers are superior to polyacrylonitrile fibers in asphalt modification and far superior to lignin fibers in terms of saving asphalt,improving water damage resistance of pavement,tensile strength and elongation before and after high temperature treatment.
