不同栽培措施对大棚‘辽峰’葡萄果实品质的影响

摘　　要：以大棚‘辽峰’葡萄为试材,研究不同防寒覆盖物、采收期、负载量、副梢处理对葡萄品质的影响。结果表明:以棉被为覆盖物的果实品质高于以垃圾棉为覆盖物的;葡萄品质随着产量的增加而呈下降趋势;666.7 m2产量控制在1 500 kg左右、果前留3或4片叶摘心,其上发出的副梢保留顶端2个,并留1片叶摘心,连续3次,品质可达到最佳状态。Taking the‘Liaofeng’grape as the test material,the effects of different cold proof coverings,harvest time,loading capacity and by shoot treatment on the quality of grape were studied.The results showed that the quality of the fruit covered with cotton quilt was higher than that covered with waste cotton;the quality of grape decreased with the increase of the yield;the yield of 666.7 m2 was controlled at about 1 500 kg,3 or 4 leaves were left in front of the fruit for coring,2 branches were left on the top,and 1 leaf was left for coring,three times in a row,the quality could reach the best state.
