摘 要:目的以大黄及其常用配伍方剂为研究对象,采用动物实验方法,探讨中药饮片及颗粒的功效差异。方法选择昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为空白组、大黄饮片组、大黄颗粒组、大黄方剂汤剂组、大黄方剂颗粒组,每组10只,禁食不禁水12h后,分别以生理盐水、大黄饮片水煎液、颗粒水溶液、大黄方剂汤剂、大黄方剂颗粒溶液灌胃给药。然后把小鼠单独放进预先铺有滤纸的老鼠笼中进行泻下实验和肠推进实验。结果大黄方剂汤剂组和大黄方剂颗粒组首次泻下时间均低于大黄饮片组、大黄颗粒组(P<0.05);大黄方剂汤剂组和大黄方剂颗粒组5 h内泻下总次数和总排便次数均高于大黄饮片组、大黄颗粒组(P<0.05);大黄方剂汤剂组和大黄方剂颗粒组泻下指数、肠推进率均高于大黄饮片组、大黄颗粒组(P<0.05)。结论大黄中药饮片、颗粒及其大黄方剂饮片和免煎颗粒泻下实验和肠推进实验相似,可发挥替代作用;大黄方剂泻下作用高于单药大黄。Objective Taking rhubarb and its commonly compatibility formula as research objects,animal experiment methods were used to explore the effect difference between Chinese medicine decoction and granules.Methods 50 mice were divided into blank group,rhubarb decoction group,rhubarb boil-free granule group,rhubarb prescription decoction group and rhubarb prescription boil-free granule group with 10 cases in each group.After 12 hours of fasting,the rats were administered with physiological saline,rhubarb decoction,rhubarb boil-free granule,rhubarb prescription decoction and rhubarb prescription boil-free granule.The diarrhea experiment and the intestinal propulsion experiment were performed to calculate the diarrhea index and the intestinal propulsion rate.Results The first diarrhea time of rhubarb prescription decoction group and rhubarb prescription boil-free granule group was lower than that of rhubarb decoction group and rhubarb boil-free granule group(P<0.05).The number of total diarrhea and total defecation within 5 h of rhubarb prescription decoction group and rhubarb prescription boil-free granules group were higher than those of rhubarb decoction group and rhubarb boil-free granule group(P<0.05).The diarrhea index and intestinal propulsion rate of rhubarb prescription decoction group and rhubarb prescription boil-free granules group were higher than those of rhubarb decoction group and rhubarb boil-free granule group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diarrhea experiment and intestinal propulsion experiment on rhubarb decoction and its boil-free granule group and rhubarb prescription decoction group and its boil-free granules can play an alternative role.The diarrhea effect of rhubarb prescription decoction was higher than that of rhubarb decoction.
