穴位揿针埋针治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗相关性恶心呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位揿针埋针治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗相关性恶心呕吐(CCINV)的临床疗效,评估其对患者生活质量的改善作用。方法选择2018年3月-2019年6月收治的妇科恶性肿瘤CCINV患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组患者应用昂丹司琼止吐,研究组同时应用穴位揿针埋针方法。治疗后评估患者呕吐、恶心临床疗效,评估患者呕吐恶心状况,并应用恶心呕吐生活功能量表(FLIE)评估患者生活质量。结果研究组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;研究组恶心呕吐评分、呕吐持续时间均低于对照组,研究组首次呕吐时间高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。研究组治疗第1周、第2周和结束用药第3天FLIE评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论应用穴位揿针埋针治疗妇科恶性肿瘤CCINV患者,临床疗效显著,能够显著改善患者恶心呕吐状况,缩短呕吐时间,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on gynecological malignant tumors with chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting(CCINV)treated with acupoints embedding needle and evaluate its improvement in quality of life.Methods 60 gynecologic malignancies patients with CCINV in hospital from March in 2018 to June in 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Ondansjon,and the study groupwas treated with acupoints embedding needle therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of vomiting and nausea was observed.The quality of life of patients was evaluated with the nausea and vomiting life function scale(FLIE).Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nausea and vomiting score and the duration time of vomiting in the study group were lower than that of the control group,the first vomiting time of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).FLIE scores of the study group at the first week,the second week and the third day of treatment later were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy on acupoints embedding needle in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor CCINV patients is significant.It can significantly improve the patient′s nausea and vomiting and improve the quality of life.
