中国西部省区肉羊产业比较优势研究

摘　　要：为了解西部地区肉羊产业优势区域的发展动态,笔者结合中国西部8个省区环境承载能力和畜牧业资源约束限制等现实条件,分析了2010—2017年8个省区肉羊存栏量和羊肉产量动态波动趋势,并运用资源禀赋系数(EI)和综合比较优势指数(AAI)对中国西部省区肉羊生产情况进行了比较优势分析。结果表明:中国西部牧区省份仍是中国肉羊生产资源禀赋最具优势的地区,且半农半牧区和农区综合比较优势在逐渐增强。其中内蒙古、新疆和西藏在肉羊生产资源禀赋和综合比较优势指数方面优势明显,甘肃、宁夏和青海也具有优势,四川和云南的比较优势已不明显。基于此,提出应对中国西部地区区域差异进行科学合理的生产调整等建议。To understand the development of mutton sheep industry in western dominant areas, based on the environmental carrying capacity and the constraints on animal husbandry resources of eight provinces in western China, the dynamic trends of mutton sheep population and mutton production from these eight provinces were analyzed between 2010 and 2017. The production of mutton sheep in the western provinces of China was compared and analyzed by using the resource endowment coefficient(EI) and the comprehensive comparative advantage index(AAI). The results showed that the western pastoral areas were still the most advantageous areas in the production resource endowment of mutton sheep in China, but the comprehensive comparative advantages of semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas and agricultural areas were gradually increasing. Among them, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, and Tibet have obvious advantages in production resource endowment and comprehensive comparative advantage index of mutton sheep production;followed by Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai;the comparative advantage of Sichuan and Yunnan were not obvious. Based on the regional differences in the production of mutton sheep in pastoral areas, the author puts foward some suggestions for scientific and reasonable production adjustment of regional differences in western China.
