摘  要:根据孵化时种蛋的透光情况,采用LED光源和光敏器件等自制照蛋试验装置对100枚“梅岭”商品肉鸡粉壳种蛋和200枚绿壳种蛋进行检测分析。试验结果表明:该试验装置和检测方法能有效地将入孵后第5—7天的种蛋是否能孵化进行判断,判断方法的准确率为93.3%~94.2%。另外,该试验装置和检测方法简单、经济和实用,十分符合农业生产的实际需要。According to the light transmission of eggs during incubation,100“meiling”commercial broilers'powder shell eggs and 200 green shell eggs were detected and analyzed by using LED light source and photosensitive device.Research results showed that experimental device and detection method could effectively judge whether the eggs could hatch on the 5th to 7th day after hatching,the accuracy rate was 93.3%~94.2%.In addition,experimental apparatus and test method were simple,economical and practical,which was in line with actual needs of agricultural production.
