摘　　要：该文总结了水利工程金属结构和机电设备质量管理的重要性,分析了中小型水利工程金属结构和机电设备质量管理中存在的问题。结合工作实践,从提高重视程度、加强源头控制、规范安装管理、配齐管理设施、完善档案资料以及强化质量监管等方面探讨水利工程金属结构和机电设备质量管理的工作思路。Importance of quality management of metal structure and mechanical electrical equipment in water conservancy projects was summarized,and problems existing in quality management of metal structure and mechanical and electrical equipment in small and medium sized water conservancy projects were analyzed.Combining with work practice,working ideas of quality management of metal structure and mechanical and electrical equipment in Minsheng Water Conservancy Project was probed from the aspects of increasing attention,strengthening source control,standardizing installation and management,matching management facilities,improving archives and materials,and strengthening quality supervision.
