摘 要:为缓和我国人地矛盾的尖锐程度,从本质上实现耕地的动态平衡,以云南省沾益县大坡乡为例,在实地调研与相似地区中低产田改造项目成果分析相结合的基础上,从土壤条件、气候地貌条件和社会条件3个方面构建评价体系,采用层次分析法计算各项评价指标的综合权重,以此构建山丘区中低产田改造综合评价指标体系。结果表明:构建的评价指标体系中土壤条件、气候地貌条件和社会条件的权重分别为0.428、0.428、和0.144;其中土壤条件指标中影响率最大的是土壤质地(0.15)和土层厚度(0.15),气候地貌条件指标中影响率最大的是坡度(0.261),社会条件中影响率最大的是经济投入(0.046)。In order to alleviate sharpness of contradiction between human and land in China,and realize dynamic balance of cultivated land,taking Dapo township of Zhanyi county as an example,an evaluation system from three aspects:soil conditions,climatic and geomorphological conditions and social conditions was constructed,based on combination of on-the-spot investigation and analysis of results of the low-yield field reconstruction project in similar areas.Comprehensive weight of each evaluation index was calculated by using AHP and a comprehensive evaluation index system for transformation of middle and low yield fields in hilly areas was constructed.Results showed that weights of soil conditions,climatic and geomorphic conditions and social conditions in constructed evaluation index system were 0.428,0.428,and 0.144,among them,soil texture index(0.15)and soil thickness(0.15)were the most influential.The most influential rate of climate and geomorphic conditions was the slope(0.261),and the most influential in social conditions was economic input(0.046).
