摘  要:分析了弧棱U型截面梁成形中变形区的应力应变特点,采用理论分析、数值模拟和实验对比的方式,研究弧棱U型截面梁的扭曲回弹问题。发现扭曲回弹的形成原因是内侧翼板和外侧翼板成形时切向应力方向相反,即内翼板为拉,外翼板为压,并且其大小沿梁长度方向呈现中间大、两端小的变化。工件的两端部沿长度方向相对于中部呈向内翼板方向的扭曲旋转。棱线曲率半径和翼板宽度对梁整体扭曲回弹的影响规律是:随着棱线曲率半径增加,梁的整体扭曲回弹减小;随着翼板宽度增加,梁的整体扭曲回弹先增大后减小。The stress and strain characteristics of the deformation zone in the arc edge U-section beam were analyzed. The theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental comparison were used to study the twist springback of the arc edge U-section beam. The reason for the formation of twist springback is that the tangential stress direction in the forming process of the inner flange and the outer flange is opposite,that is,the inner flange is stretched and the outer flange is compressed. Along the length of the beam,it shows the variation that the stress in middle of beam is large and in the end of the beam is small. The two ends of the workpiece show a twisting rotation relative to the middle toward the direction of inner flange along the length direction. The influence laws of the curvature radius of ridge and the flange width on overall twist springback are that with the increase of the curvature radius of ridge,the overall twist springback of the beam decreases;with the increase of the flange width,the overall twist springback of the beam increases firstly and then decreases.
