摘 要:为了研究油泵柱塞组件旋压收口工艺,基于油泵柱塞组件实际的旋压收口工艺条件,通过ABAQUS有限元仿真软件建立了油泵柱塞组件旋压收口的有限元模型,并通过该模型实现了油泵柱塞组件旋压成形过程的仿真。然后,通过对比仿真与试验所得轴向力试验验证了油泵柱塞组件旋压收口模型的合理性,经分析得仿真结果与试验结果较为吻合,两者之间误差不超过15%,获得了一种研究油泵柱塞组件旋压收口工艺的有效方法。最后,根据油泵柱塞组件旋压仿真结果分析了旋轮进给量及滑靴转速对柱塞组件旋压收口工艺中的旋压力以及拉脱力的影响。To study the spinning process of the oil pump plunger components,the finite element( FE) model of the spinning process of the oil pump plunger components was established by ABAQUS based on the actual spinning process conditions of the oil pump plunger components. Then,by comparing the calculated axial force with the experimental ones,the validity of the established FE model of the spinning process of the oil pump plunger components was verified. The simulation results are in good accordance with the experimental ones with the error less than 15%,which means an effective method for researching the spinning process of oil pump plunger components is obtained. The effects of the feed rate and the rotation rate on the spinning force and the pulling out force in the spinning process were numerically studied according to the results obtained by the spinning simulation of oil pump plunger components.
