摘　　要：从哲学的认知角度解析了侗医药"天人合一"思想,通过分析侗医药对人体、疾病的认识及药物的命名方式,阐明"天人合一"思想在指导治病防病及养生保健中发挥巨大作用。侗族医药学中蕴含的"天人合一"思想是侗族先民认识世界的世界观和方法论,是侗医药学中的哲学基础,是中国传统医学有益的补充。Analyzes the theory of "man is an integral part of nature" in Dong medicine from the perspective of philosophical cognition,and expounds the great role of "man is an integral part of nature" in guiding the treatment,prevention and health care by analyzing the cognition of the human body and diseases of Dong medicine and the naming methods of the medicine.The theory of "man is an integral part of nature" contained in Dong medicine is the world outlook and methodology for Dong ancestors to understand the world,the philosophical basis of Dong medicine,and the beneficial supplement to traditional Chinese medicine.
