贵州不同产地雪胆药材有效成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究贵州不同产地雪胆属药用植物的资源分布并研究其品质差异。方法:通过实地走访调查收集贵州省兴义、毕节、安顺、遵义、六盘水等7个不同产地的雪胆块茎药材样品;采用热浸法对醇溶性浸出物的含量进行测定,采用高效液相色谱法测定雪胆甲素的含量,采用紫外分光光度法对雪胆的总皂苷和总黄酮含量进行检测。结果:本次收集到雪胆样品包括两个基源:肉花雪胆(Hemsleyacarnosiflora C.Y.Wu et C.L.Chen)及雪胆(H.amabilis Diels);不同产地雪胆药材活性成分含量有差异,其中毕节市桂果镇所产样品有效成分含量高于四川、浙江等地样品,品质优良。结论:贵州雪胆药材在民间有广泛应用,商品药材多为野生资源,其资源量不断减少,应该进行保护和有计划地开发利用;肉花雪胆(H.carnosifloraC.Y.Wu et C.L.Chen)栽培方法简单,资源量大,品质优良,是值得大力发展的品种。Objective:To study the resource distribution and quality differences of the Hemsleya medicinal plants of the genus Euphorbia from different habitats in Guizhou.Methods:To collect tubersamples from seven different places,including xingyi,bijie,anshun,zunyi and liupanshui.The content of alcohol solubleextract was determined by hot immersion method,the content ofxuebilian a was determined by HPLC,and the content oftotalsaponins and total flavonoids in xuebilian was determined by uvspectrophotometry.Results:The collected Hemsleya gall samplesincluded two basic sources:Hemsleya carnosiflora C.Y.Wu et C.L.Chen and H.amabilis Diels;The content of active components in the samples from different places was different,among which the content of active components in the samples from guiguo town of bijiecity was higher than that of the samples from Sichuan and Zhejiang provinces,with goodquality.Conclusion:Most of the commercial medicinal materials widely used in guizhou are wild,and their resources are decreasing,so it should be protected and used in a planned way. H.carnosiflora C.Y.Wu et C.L.Chen is a species worthy of vigorous development due to itssimple cultivation method,large amount of resources and excellent quality.
