摘　　要：目的:应用基于手机的智能脉诊系统对脾虚泄泻的虚脉患者进行脉象检测,探索脾虚泄泻虚脉患者脉象图的分析方法,明确智能脉诊系统的准确性和可操作性,使中医脉诊客观化、物联网化。方法:以中医脉诊理论为基础,应用LGX-2016H基于手机的腕带充气式智能脉诊系统分别对40例脾虚泄泻虚脉患者与40例平脉患者进行脉象检测,采用SPSS19.0统计学软件对脉象图中P1、P2、H1(y)、H2(y)、-H1(y)、H1(x)、T-T、R参数进行分析,得出脾虚泄泻虚脉患者脉象图的分析方法。结果:智能脉诊系统在"浮、中、沉"三个脉位,检测虚脉P1、P、P2、H1(y)、-H1(y)参数均小于平脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组H2(y)、H1(x)、T-T、R检测参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LGX-2016H智能脉诊系统可准确检测脾虚泄泻的虚脉患者脉象,应用方便、准确,有利于中医脉诊客观化、物联网化。Objective: To analyze the pulse vacuus of spleen deficiency diarrhea presentations graph detected by bracelet gas-filled type intelligence pulse diagnosis system, search for analytical method of diarrhea spleen deficiency pulsus vacuus, identify the accuracy and manipuility of the intelligence pulse diagnosis system.Methods:100 case of diarrhea spleen deficiency pulsus vacuus and even pulse patients were detected by by bracelet gas-filled type intelligence pulse diagnosis system respectively, the parameter P1,P2,H1(y),H2(y),-H1(y),H1(x),T-T and R were analyzed by statistics software SPSS19.0.Results:The parameter P1、P、P2、H1(y)、-H1(y)ofspleen deficiency diarrhea pulsus vacuus detected by by the system werw statistical significance less than that of even pulse patients(P<0.05).No statistical significant difference of H2(y)、H1(x)、T-T、R were found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The intelligence pulse diagnosis system can detect the pulsus vacuus of spleen deficiency diarrhea accurately and commodiously, making for pulse diagnosis objectivized.
