中药熏洗联合捏脊疗法治疗新生儿病理性黄疸临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用捏脊疗法与中药熏洗联合治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:选择新生儿病理性黄疸患者196例作为临床研究对象,按照投掷硬币的方法将其随机平分为两组。对照组患者应用常规药物治疗,观察组患者应用中药熏洗与捏脊疗法配合治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者在治疗12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、72 h以及治疗96 h后经皮胆红素值显著低于对照组;观察组患者在治疗48dh、72 h以及96 h后大便次数显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用捏脊疗法与中药熏洗联合治疗新生儿病理性黄疸,可有效促进黄疸消退,有较高的临床价值。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of chiropractic combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods:A total of 196 neonates with pathological jaundice were selected as clinical subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of throwing coins.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and chiropractic therapy,and the clinical efficacy of all patients after treatment was compared.Results:After treatment,the percutaneous bilirubin value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 12 h,24 h,36 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h after treatment;the observation group was treated for 48 h,72 h after treatment and 96 h after treatment.The number of times was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of chiropractic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice,effectively promote the regression of jaundice,which has a high clinical value.
