自制中药热敷贴治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自制中药热敷贴治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的326例腰三横突综合征患者,随机分为治疗组(自制中药热敷贴治疗)、对照组(中频治疗仪治疗)各163例,比较两组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分及腰部功能障碍(ODI)指数。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率为94.48%,对照组总有效率为92.02%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ODI指数评分较治疗前均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者ODI指数评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自制中药热贴敷治疗第三腰椎横突综合征,可有效减轻患者疼痛症状,改善患者腰部活动功能障碍,具有疗效好、疗程短、操作简便、依从性好等优点,是一种简便有效的临床方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Chinese Herbal Hot Compress in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:326 patients with lumbar transverse process syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(self-made Chinese medicine hot compress therapy) and control group(medium frequency therapy instrument) with 163 cases each.The clinical efficacy, VAS score and lumbar dysfunction index(ODI) of the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment, the total effective rate was 94.48% in the treatment group and 92.02% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ODI index scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hot application of self-made Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome can effectively alleviate pain symptoms and improve lumbar motor dysfunction.It has the advantages of good curative effect, short course of treatment, simple operation and good compliance.It is a simple and effective clinical method and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
