藏药六味安消散治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六味安消散治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将青海省海北州藏医院111例功能性消化不良患者随机分为试验组84例和对照组27例,对照组服用保和颗粒,治疗组服用六味安消散,比较治疗后的疗效。结果:在治疗饮食停滞证时,试验组(六味安消散组)与对照组(保和颗粒组)疗效无显著差异(P>0.05),但在改善脘腹痞闷、嗳腐吞酸和食欲不振症状方面试验组优于对照组(0.01<P<0.05);在治疗脾胃虚弱证时,试验组(六味安消散组)与对照组(保和颗粒组)疗效无显著差异(P>0.05),但在改善脘腹痞满和饮食减少症状方面试验组优于对照组(0.01<P<0.05)。结论:六味安消散在治疗脾胃虚弱证与饮食停滞证方面有独到之处,且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of liuwei Anxiao Capsule on functional dyspepsia.Methods:111 cases of functional dyspepsia in our hospital were randomly divided into 84 cases in the experimental group and 27 cases in the control group.The control group took baohe granule and the treatment group took liuwei Anxiao Capsule to dissipate.Results:In the treatment of dietary stagnation syndrome,there was no significant difference in efficacy between the experimental group(Liuwei Anxiao Capsule)and the control group(baohe granule group)(P>0.05),but the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving epigastric ruffidence,lawylic acid and anorexia symptoms(0.01<P<0.05);In treat spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,there was no significant difference in that efficacy of test group(Liuwei Anxiao Capsule group)and control group(baohe granule group),but the test group was superior to the control group(0.01<P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Anxiao Capsule has unique characteristics in the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome and dietary stagnation syndrome,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
