中药干预痰证动物模型系统评价研究

摘　　要：目的:系统评价中药对痰证动物模型的干预作用。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库、CBM,筛选中药干预痰证动物模型的实验研究,采用SYRCLE动物实验偏倚风险评估工具对纳入文献的研究方法学偏倚风险进行评估,并用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇文献,偏倚风险较高,研究对象为小鼠、大鼠和地鼠,涉及疾病包括高脂血症、糖尿病、冠心病、高血压。Meta分析结果显示,中药组可以改善痰证动物模型,可以降低血清甘油三酯[SMD=0.67,95%CI(0.36,0.97),P=0.000 3],降低血清总胆固醇[SMD=3.06,95%CI(1.33,4.78),P<0.000 1],降低血清LDL-C[SMD=3.54,95%CI(0.56,6.52),P=0.02],升高血清HDL-C[SMD=0.67,95%CI(0.36,0.97),P<0.000 1]。结论:中药可以调控痰证相关指标TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的变化,改善痰证动物模型的症状。Objective:To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine on animal models of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:The Chinese Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,Chongqing Weipu Chinese Sci-tech Journal Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Embase were used to screen the experimental study of Chinese medicine interventional sputum animal model.The SYRCLE animal experiment bias risk assessment tool was used.The risk of research methodological bias included in the literature was assessed and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 10 articles were included in the study,including mice,rats and hamsters.Some studies were non-randomized,but the risk of bias was higher.Meta-analysis showed that the Chinese medicine group can improve the animal model of sputum test,which can reduce serum triglycerides [SMD=0.67,95% CI(0.36,0.97),P<0.000 1],and reduce serum total cholesterol [SMD=3.28,95% CI(1.77,4.80),P<0.000 1],decreased serum LDL-C [SMD=3.54,95% CI(0.56,6.52),P=0.02],elevated serum HDL-C [SMD=0.67,95% CI(0.36,0.97),P<0.000 1].Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the changes of cytokines related to phlegm and blood stasis and improve the symptoms of sputum test animal models.
