摘　　要：目的评估25 G经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除(PPV)空气填充术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)的效果.方法回顾性分析2015年11月至2018年5月在该院行25 G PPV空气填充术治疗的RRD 30例(30只眼).术后随访6~12个月,平均(8.5±1.68)个月.结果术后1个月视网膜完全复位率为93.3%,末次随访视网膜完全复位率为100%.术前平均BCVA(logMAR)为2.0±0.69,术后1周、3个月和末次随访时BCVA分别为1.3±0.42、1.08±0.39和1.01±0.35.手术前后BCVA相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).手术前眼压平均为(12.06±2.98)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).手术后1周、3个月和末次随访分别为(16.63±8.38)mmHg、(15.13±2.24)mmHg和(15.70±1.95)mmHg,与手术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).术中及术后未见明显并发症.结论25 G PPV联合空气填充术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离是安全、有效的.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 25-gauge vitrectomy combined with air tamponade in the treatment of primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD).Methods The data of 30 eyes of 30 patients with primary RRD in this hospital from Nov.2015 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases underwent pars plana 25-gauge vitrectomy combined with air tamponade.The follow-up time was 6-12 months,average with(8.5±1.68)months.Results The retinal reattachment rate was 93.3%at 1 month after surgery,and the complete retinal reattachment rate was 100%at the last follow-up.The mean BCVA(logMAR)was 2.0±0.69,1.3±0.42,1.08±0.39 and 1.01±0.35 at pre-operation,1 week,3 months after surgery and the final follow-up,respectively.The difference of BCVA were statistically significant between before and after surgery(P<0.01).The mean IOP at postoperatively 1 week,3 months and the final follow-up were(16.63±8.38)mmHg,(15.13±2.24)nnnHg,and(15.70±1.95)mmHg,respectively(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).The difference was significant between before and after surgery(P<0.01).No intra-postoperative complication was observed.Conclusion 25-gauge vitrectomy combined with air tamponade for the treatment of RRD is safe and effective.
