高度近视糖尿病患者的白内障手术效果

摘　　要：目的评估高度近视糖尿病患者的白内障手术的临床效果.方法回顾性分析2014年5月至2018年6月该院高度近视糖尿病的白内障28例(34眼)进行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,分析治疗效果和并发症.结果术后3个月最佳矫正视力<0.3者19眼(55.9%),黄斑中心区视网膜厚度术后1天、1周和1个月均较术前增厚(P=0.000、P=0.000、P=0.001),术后3个月32眼(94.1%)恢复到术前情况.2眼(5.9%)发生黄斑水肿;术后3个月1眼(2.9%)发生后囊浑浊.结论高度近视糖尿病患者的白内障手术安全可靠,效果显著.Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cataract surgery for diabetic patients with high myopia.Methods The data of 34 eyes of 28 cases of diabetic patients with high myopia and cataract from May 2014 to Jun.2018 in this hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.The efficacy of treatment and complication were analysed.Results The best corrected visual acuity was<0.3 in 19 eyes(55.9%)at 3 moths postoperatine.The retinal thickness in central macula at 1 day,1 week and 1 month after surgery were thicker than that before surgery(P=0.000,0.000,0.001).There were 32 eyes(94.1%)recovered to preoperative condition at 3 months after surgery(P=1.000).The macular edema occurred in 2 eyes(5.9%)and posterior capsular opacification in 1 eye(2.9%)at 3 months postoperatively.Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is effective and safe in diabetic patients with high myopia and cataract.
