摘　　要：目的观察应用人工生物角膜行深板层角膜移植治疗角膜白斑的临床效果.方法回顾性分析2016年12月至2018年3月淮安医院角膜白斑5例(5眼)的临床资料,应用人工生物角膜行深板层角膜移植术.观察术后最佳矫正视力、角膜浑浊及角膜上皮化情况.结果术后视力均较术前明显提高.术前视力(BCVA)>0.05者1眼(20%),术后(BCVA)>0.05者5眼(100%),两者对比差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.000,P=0.014).4眼术后10天移植片上皮完全覆盖,1眼术后1个月完成移植片上皮覆盖.术后人工角膜植片均有水肿浑浊,术后6个月角膜浑浊评分为0.5~2分.结论应用人工生物角膜行深板层角膜移植治疗角膜白斑可以有效提高视力.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of deep lamellar keratoplasty with bioartificial cornea in the treatment of corneal leucoma.Methods The data of 5 eyes of 5 patients with corneal leucoma who received deep lamellar keratoplasty with bio-artificial cornea from Dec.2016 to Mar.2018 were retrospectively reviewed.The best corrected visual acuity,corneal haze and corneal epithelialization after surgery were observed.Results The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of 5 eyes was significantly improved after operation.Preoperative BCVA was>0.05 in 1 eye(20%)and after operation BCVA>0.05 in 5 eyes(100%).There was significant difference between preoperative and postoperative(x^2=6.000,P=0.014).The corneal epithelium was completely covered at 10 days after operation in 4 eyes,and the corneal epithelium was covered at 1 month after operation in 1 eye.All artificial corneal grafts occurred edema and haze after operation,and the haze score was 0.5-2 at 6 months after operation.Conclusion Deep lamellar keratoplasty with bio-artificial cornea in the treatment of corneal leucoma can effectively improve visual acuity.
