摘　　要：经济全球化所带来的环境污染已经构成人类社会发展的一个最大威胁。习近平总书记站在人类命运共同体的高度,以大国领袖的远见卓识,不断思考"建设一个什么样的世界、如何建设这个世界"等关乎人类未来发展的重大课题,并在不同场合对建设清洁美丽世界做了重要阐述,形成了科学完整、内涵丰富、意义深远的思想体系,为解决人类社会未来发展所面临的全球性环境问题提供了中国智慧、中国方案、中国力量。习近平建设清洁美丽世界思想可以概括为:以习近平生态文明建设思想为引领;推动构建人类命运共同体;实现人类社会绿色、低碳、循环、可持续发展。习近平建设清洁美丽世界思想加深了对保护和发展生产力的认识,回答了当今世界所面临的重大问题,开阔了国际安全的视野,扩展了中国共产党人的初心和使命,为后发国家的经济发展提供了战略指南。The environmental pollution broughtabout by economic globalization has constituted the greatest threat to the development of human society.To build a community of common destiny for all mankind and exploit the foresight of the leaders of the great powers,General Secretary Xi Jinping never stops thinking about the solutions to major issues concerning the future development of mankind,including"what does a new world look like and how to build this new world".He has delivered many times of speeches on the building of a clean and beautiful world.Through proposing an ideological system with scientific integrity,rich connotations and far-reaching significance,General Secretary Xi has offered Chinese wisdom,Chinese protocols,and Chinese power for global environmental problems hindering the future development of human society.Xi′s thought on building a clean and beautiful world can be summarized as:Taking Xi′s thought on ecological civilization construction as the guide;promoting the construction of a community of common destiny for all mankind;Realizing green,low-carbon,recycling and sustainable development of human society.Xi′s idea of building a clean and beautiful world has deepened our understanding of the protection and development of productive forces,answered the major issues facing the world,broadened the vision of international security,expanded the very beginning mind and mission of the Chinese Communists,and provided a strategic guide for the economic development of late-developing countries.
