摘　　要：边缘与中心的关系探讨是经济学领域的一个经典命题。受限于边缘地区发展基础和要素体制的制约,"从边缘走向中心"无论在理论还是现实层面都面临巨大的挑战。建国70年来,中国成为全球少数几个能从边缘不断走向中心的成功案例。中国从边缘走向中心的路径经历了世界格局双体系下的自力更生阶段、欧美主导世界格局下的融合发展阶段和边缘向中心转换与中心强化的过渡阶段三个阶段。在这三个阶段中,中国在宏观层面形成了适应全球分工体系调整的战略联动与超越机制、在中观层面形成了持续工业化目标下的产业政策引导机制、在微观层面形成了市场培育与技术升级交互牵引下的循环反馈机制,三大机制系统衔接,造就了逐步打破传统"中心-外围"不均衡格局的强大内在动力。中国从边缘走向中心的过程包含着对传统"中心-外围"理论的超越和突破,对广大发展中国家的崛起具有积极的示范意义。The exploration of the relationship between edge and center is a classic proposition in the field of economics.Restricted by the development foundation and factor system of the marginal areas,"from the edge to the center"is facing enormous challenges both in theory and in reality.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,China has become the world’s few successful countries moving from the edge of the world to the center.China’s path from the edge to the center has gone through three stages:self-reliance under the dual system of the world pattern,integration and development under the dominant world pattern of Europe and the United States,and transition from the edge to the center and strengthening of the center.In these three stages,China has formed a strategic linkage and transcendence mechanism adapting to the adjustment of the global division of labor system at the macro level,an industrial policy guidance mechanism under the goal of sustained industrialization at the meso level,and a circular feedback mechanism under the interactive traction of market cultivation and technological upgrading at the micro level.Systematic convergence has created a strong internal motive force to gradually break the traditional"center-periphery"unbalanced pattern.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in the past 70 years,the process of China’s moving from the edge to the center has included the transcendence and breakthrough of the traditional"center-periphery"theory,which has a positive demonstration significance for the rise of developing countries.
